A fishing trip is almost a “must” while in Tromsø. Large cod is common to get at this time of year, and we often also catch coalfish, haddock, tusk and halibut. So far we have not gone empty-handed to the jetty! As an added bonus, we often see eagles and small dolphins. The beautiful winter colours surrounding us are breathtaking.

The fishing tour ends with a feast of your own catch, made in a traditional Norwegian way. You can't get a fresher lunch. We use our steady and solid catamaran MB Havcruise, specially built for fishing tourism. Top equipment, local knowledgeable skippers and crew make this a memorable, comfortable and safe trip. A maximum of 12 guests per trip provides a social and cozy atmosphere. Our slogan is quality over quantity!

We offer two trips per day. The morning tour (09:30-12:30) is an open trip that individuals can join, at NOK 1,800,- per person. The afternoon tour (13:00-16:00) is a private tour for you and your group at NOK 20,000,-. Both tours are booked in the same place, so you can easily choose the option that suits you best.

We are very serious about safety, with yearly checks of equipment and boat at an authorised shipyard. All passengers are well insured on board.

Meeting point: Red and white catamaran MB Havcruise, floating dock at Strandveien (Juldagan 12), approx. 10 minutes walk south of Tromsø city centre. Meet 15 minutes before departure.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 10 hours before departure. Less notice: full charge applies.

Morning tour (individual) 09:30-12:30:

• Bookable every day except Sundays and 24, 25 and 31 December, in the periods 1 October - 31 December 2026 and 2 January - 10 March 2027

Private tour (afternoon) 13:00-16:00:

• NOK 20,000,- for the whole group (up to 12 guests)
• Bookable every day except Sundays, in the periods 1 October - 21 November 2026 and 21 January - 10 March 2027

The afternoon tour does not run during the darkest period from 21 November to 21 January.
